As our busy Resort & RV season starts to wind down slightly at some of our communities I’m reminded of all of the hard work that goes into making our communities continue to run smoothly not only during the busy summer months, but also year-round.
I’ve had the pleasure to receive some great feedback on various Parkbridge employees. Our community employees day-to-day hard work and attention to detail allows our properties to not only be places where individuals vacation, retire or reside but true communities where our residents needs are met day in and day out.
I’d like to take an opportunity to offer thanks to these employees that continue to go above and beyond, and I’d like to share our residents personal feedback on a few of these individuals which truly illustrates their continued commitment:
Springlake RV Park, Mount Elgin, Ontario:
“This is my second summer here (I am a snowbird) and am so happy to be living in such a nice park. Everyone is so friendly. Gerry is the best person to go to for help. And Bob is the best person to get it done! Whether it is the beautiful grounds or the clean facilities, I know it takes a team to work together. The people in the office are all so knowledgeable and will take time for any questions or requests. Now you may say that that is their job but I want you to know the workers here make this place exceptional. There are so many activities to keep young and old, alike, busy. As my 3 year old Grandson says – Grammie I love coming to your trailer. This is the best day of my life! (Me Too, Oliver)…So we tell our friends and family to come and visit and enjoy this wonderful park.”
Lakes of Wasaga, Wasaga Beach, Ontario:
“I am a proud owner of a mobile home within the community of Lakes of Wasaga. This is my third enjoyable year at your resort. Being retired and in senior management positions for over 40 years you are exposed to many types of employees.
Elaine Hendry is one of those employees that go above and beyond what is expected of her. She is real gem! Two years before we purchased our unit we met Elaine at the RV show in Toronto; she was and still is, a very knowledgeable Sales Representative. I feel it was her knowledge and soft sell that finally convinced us to buy.
Not only in my case but in many instances when people have problems they contact Elaine. Most of the problems do not relate to her area of expertise, but with her personality, they are resolved efficiently and effectively.”
Skyline Park Resort, Kawartha Lakes Region, Ontario:
“My husband and I would like to tell you what a hard working manager we have at Skyline Park resort. Peter is just a fantastic person and is always working in the Park. If anyone needs to talk to him, you will not find him in the office but out in the field working. He is also a caring person, and easy to talk to. He needs recognition for how he manages the park. Also there is Lee who works in the office a she is a very hard working person.”
Beacon Bay Marina, Penetanguishene Harbour, Ontario:
“I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge one of your dock crew this year. Although she seems to be very busy on the docks upon arrival, she always has a smile and makes sure we are looked after. I am sure you know who I mean. Lily is a great asset to Beacon Bay and she is taking charge and doing a fabulous job. Make sure she gets an extra thanks for taking care of a busy dock on Sundays!”
Grandview Resort, Kawartha Lakes Region, Ontario:
“We have a trailer in Grandview resort. My wife Debbie and I would just like to say we are very pleased the way our Park is managed By Doug and the whole staff at Grandview. We have seen much improvement since Doug has managed the Park. Good work to all Grandview staff.”
Thank you to our current Parkbridge residents who continue to share this positive feedback with us and keep us informed about all of the great things that are taking place at our communities. It’s nice to be able to take a step back and truly appreciate the time, effort, and passion that our employees share in aiming to ensure our residents needs are not only met, but exceeded.
